First of all, the chain is not spiga wheat model and 62 c.m. as promised in website and it is totally different in model, shape, size and weight aspects. Totally disappointed.

To begin with, the return process itself was unnecessarily stressful. I felt harassed by the repeated follow-ups and the level of inconvenience caused, despite the fact that I followed all instructions exactly as provided. Even after my product was successfully returned and confirmed by your team on 14th November, I am still waiting for my refund. It has now been almost a month, and there has been no resolution, no update, and no sense of responsibility shown from your end. This experience has made it abundantly clear that purchasing from Giva was a mistake. The lack of transparency, delayed processes, and poor customer service reflect extremely unprofessional business practices. No customer should have to chase a company for a refund that is rightfully theirs. I am requesting immediate processing of my refund and written confirmation of the same. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. I expect a response at the earliest.

The silver chain is good and the design is also good. The only thing that can be improved is the anti tarnish coating done on the chain. Initially it had a bright white shining coating which was very pleasing to the eye and made the chain stand out from other products but within 15-20 days of normal usage the coating disappeared and the chain starts turning yellow.
