What is the shipping and order handling time?

Orders at GIVA are usually processed within 25 business days. Some products, such as pre-orders and customised jewellery, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

What are the shipping charges on International orders?

International shipping is available with a flat shipping charge of ₹1,199. We deliver to a wide range of destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the UAE, and several countries across Europe and Asia. Shipping availability may vary by location, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.

How do international duties and taxes work?

Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you're asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to care@giva.co.

What payment options are available on GIVA?

Currently, we accept Credit cards, Debit cards, UPI and PayPal.

Can I cancel my international order?

Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your jewellery within 15 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging, and invoice to the below address:
