Unlike my previous GIVA purchases, this order arrived without the silver authenticity certificate or the lifetime replating warranty card. While I can overlook the missing invoice since it’s a gift, the lack of quality documentation is a major oversight

As shared in the feedback as well, the packaging wasn’t good. As I paid extra for the gift wraps, they felt very cheap. Also the gift wraps were already opened which questions the authenticity of the jewellery inside.
