Order ID: #GI0013858449 Ticket ID: #43205 Issues: Received an incomplete product when ordering from the Giva website. Quality issues: The product does not look like silver/sterling silver. The order was delivered to my address, but pickup was denied from the same address, even though I received an incomplete product. I had to go to the offline store to return the incomplete product, which is far from my address, using my own vehicle. I chose a product at the offline store instead of the replacement item and was told that the only way to proceed was to order online or pay an extra cost at the outlet, as the coupon code was not valid (which I had agreed to). Even after 24 hours of dropping off the product at the store, the order was not created, nor were exchange details provided for tracking. Only a Google Form confirmation was given by the offline store. I have been facing issues in tracking the order, as only my email address is registered with them. I was denied the option to add my phone number, as it was already existing in their system (but that is the only phone number I have) Was told to wait for more 24 hours for a senior to call as they do not have transferring facility. There is nothing that they at Giva do to hear a customer
