Product is good on apperance. Value of product is not meeting the expectation. the design is very lite and weak. more chance this product will break or cut even on the low usage, necessarily not on daily usage. Giva need to understand that these products have got a value of life time when it gifted to loved ones. the product need to sustain for the life time. if the product breaks over a period of time even in low usage of it then the sentiment related to it also breaks. for memorable occasions gifting like personalized items is worth to STAY AWAY from GIVA due to its lite and weak design. product does not suits value here. Products may be good for modern designs and for use & through concepts. it appears like GIVA is playing with people sentiments of gifting here on long term with weak products considering it price concepts. for memorable and occasion gifting you need to make strong design that survive the life time.

The design, length, everything about the product is beautiful so far. I am only scared that my toddler might pull and break it as the chain is thin and delicate like any other gold or precious jwellery.
