I bought a silver ring for my mother on the occasion of Dhanteras and to my horror, the box was empty when I received it. I even called back the delivery executive and complained about it but he declined tapering with the package and in fact it was sealed when when I opened it. I have reached out to Giva customer care via email and phone several times and they assured me that the issue will be resolved within 72 hrs but there has been no response from their side. I am so disappointed from Giva. This was not expected from a reputed brand like yours. Never ever buying from you again.

I gifted it to my mother. She loves it and wants to buy a matching set for me.

I loved it. I had been to the store before purchasing it online and the size was perfect at the store. However, the one i got from online is bigger and if it try to adjust to my finger it gets a bit shapeless. :(
