To the GIVA Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and utter dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my order. After an ordeal that required my direct intervention, including multiple calls to the Azamgarh manager of Blue Dart and their senior staff, I finally received my product today. Frankly, the level of service I have been subjected to is the worst I have ever encountered, and it is something I never expected from a brand with GIVA's reputation. Let me be clear: your logistics and customer service have failed at every level. Even local brands manage to deliver products to my doorstep without issue, yet GIVA, a supposedly premium brand, could not handle this basic task. The issues did not end with the abysmal delivery process. The condition of the packaging upon arrival was simply unacceptable: • The outer package was damaged and bent, appearing as if it had been struck by an object. • The entire package felt damp, as if it had been exposed to water. • Consequently, the certificate of authenticity and other documents inside were bent and also damp. To compound these failures, I received an email from your executive prematurely marking the delivery as "successful" and closing my support ticket, hours before I actually received the package. How is this possible? Is this GIVA's standard procedure—to harass customers by closing a complaint before it's resolved, based on false information? This action is not just incompetent; it is deeply unprofessional and misleading. This entire experience has been a masterclass in how not to treat a customer. Your courier partner, Blue Dart, consistently provided false updates, citing "customer not available" or "incorrect address," which was a blatant lie and a form of harassment. Here is my feedback, delivered with the gravity it deserves: You must take immediate and serious control over your courier partners. It is your responsibility to ensure they do not harass your customers, that they deliver products on time, and that they do not falsify delivery statuses. Because of this comprehensive failure of service, I am left incredibly disappointed. You have not only lost me as a customer for life, but you have also ensured that I will actively discourage anyone in my network from ever purchasing from GIVA. This was my first experience with your brand, and I can guarantee it will be my last. I must extend my sincerest gratitude to GIVA and the entire management team for such an outstanding and world-class customer service experience.
