How to Return Your Jewellery and Get Rewards

The entire process is quick, simple, and transparent:

Step 1: Take your Old Jewellery to the Store

This includes severed pieces of gold and silver, and any mix-and-match combinations; it also includes a pair of earrings and broken pieces.

Step 2: Verification of Your Old Pieces at the Store Counter

Store associates will verify each piece and collect your contact information (name, telephone number, email) along with the number of pieces.

Step 3: You Will Receive Reward Coupons

Based on the total number of units returned, you will receive a coupon for each piece by email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

- Important to remember, earring and toe-ring pairs count as one unit.

- All other pieces equal one count each.

- The Store Associate will verify your items, verify that your personal information has been entered, and verify the number of pieces being returned.

- Tarnished, bent, broken or outdated designs of any jewellery;

What Do You Get When You Return Jewellery
