Actually, I am giving a rating of 4 out of 5 because I was expecting the packaging box in large size. The overall item is good, but the chain is not fitting inside the box and it becomes a problem when you have to give it to someone special and when you propose that person with a ring and necklace....size (packaging of item) matters. Overall the product is good, but I request you to provide a bigger size box which at least looks like it is containing a necklace. Because we paid for it and the cost is also good as per the item. So, I was expecting this. Only this was the issue, that I felt.
