The CZ is looking very plasticky. It looks ok with smaller one, but large CZ imo must be looking plasticky.

No doubt product is good I am happy with that but need to improve in packaging.

The product is good but worst part is I brought this as a gift and the bill receipt was presented on it and even I paid 50/- extra for that and message on it but even the message wasn't sent along with it. Please don't fool us the bill part I can understand but I cannot understand is that the message wasn't printed down even if it's was just single line message.... Really disappointed with this.

First : Product is Good. But the main drawback is the packaging inside the gift box. The main jewellery box should look neat and tidy. Untidy cuttings, dust, make it worthless. Please try to understand whoever packed it. The excitement i had while opening the product was gradually reduced when I saw the main product box. They packed it like it's a household product not a jwellery. Your packaging shows the work you did to craft the product. Doesn't look like a premium deal. Sorry.
